What is "Holistic Hoochie?"
Holistic Hoochie is a botanical wellness and ritual brand created to transform everyday self-care into meaningful moments of intention.
Our collections bring together botanical teas, intimate wellness, ritual oils, bath and body rituals, Hoochie Honey, and other thoughtfully crafted apothecary offerings designed to encourage you to slow down, reconnect, and come home to yourself.
Are Holistic Hoochie products handmade?
Yes. Our botanical products are thoughtfully prepared in small batches with care and intention.
Because we work with botanicals and naturally derived ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, aroma, or appearance may occur from one batch to another. These natural variations are part of working with plants.
How do I know which ritual is right for me?
Start with the experience you’re trying to create.
Each product page includes A Ritual For…, along with information about the botanical blend, how to use it, and ways to incorporate the product into your routine.
Instead of simply asking, “What should I buy?” consider asking:
“What kind of ritual do I want to create for myself right now?”
Using Your Rituals
How do I use my Holistic Hoochie product?
Every ritual is different. Detailed directions are provided on the individual product page and/or product packaging.
Always use your product according to its intended purpose and follow the directions and safety information provided.
Are all Holistic Hoochie products edible?
No. Holistic Hoochie offers both ingestible and external-use products.
Our botanical teas, Hoochie Honey, tinctures, and other products specifically labeled for consumption are intended to be consumed as directed.
Ritual oils, botanical washes, bath products, topicals, and any products labeled for external use should not be ingested.
Always follow the intended use listed on the individual product’s packaging and product page.
How should I store my products?
Unless otherwise stated on the product, keep your Holistic Hoochie products tightly closed and stored in a cool, dry place away from excessive heat, moisture, and direct sunlight.
Because different botanical preparations may have different storage needs, always follow any product-specific storage instructions included with your ritual.
How quickly should I expect results?
Botanical wellness isn’t about promising overnight transformation.
Every body, routine, and experience is different. Some rituals provide an immediate sensory experience, while others are intended to become part of a consistent wellness practice.
We encourage you to approach botanical wellness with patience, awareness, consistency, and intention.

Holistic Hoochie products are created for general wellness and ritual purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Can I use botanical products while pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a health condition?

Made-to-Order Apothecary
Do you offer made-to-order botanical products?
Yes. In addition to our signature collections, Holistic Hoochie offers a limited Made-to-Order Apothecary for customers looking for something more personal.
Requests may include:
- Specialty botanical tea blends
- Tinctures
- Infused oils
- Topicals
- Botanical bath blends
- Other custom apothecary preparations

We’ll thoughtfully review your request and determine whether it’s something we can responsibly create.
How do I request a made-to-order product?
Complete our Made-to-Order Apothecary Request Form and tell us what you have in mind.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that we can formulate or fulfill it. Availability, ingredients, preparation time, quantity, and pricing will depend on the individual request.
If we’re able to accommodate your request, we’ll provide additional information and next steps before your order is finalized.
Can I request something for a medical condition?
Our Made-to-Order Apothecary is intended for general wellness and personal ritual use rather than the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of medical conditions.
We may decline requests that fall outside the appropriate scope of our products.
For requests involving medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding, allergies, medical conditions, or other individual health considerations, additional information or consultation with an appropriate healthcare professional may be recommended before a request can be fulfilled.
Orders & Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders of $75 or more.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before shipment.
Shipping transit time begins after processing. Please review our Shipping & Returns page for current shipping options, estimated transit times, and additional information.
Made-to-order creations may require additional preparation time.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, available tracking information will be sent using the contact information provided with your order.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after a shipping label has been created.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the affected product and shipping packaging.
We’ll review the situation and help determine the appropriate next step.
What if my package says delivered but I can’t find it?
First, check around your delivery location, with members of your household or neighbors where appropriate, and with the shipping carrier using your tracking information.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are generally considered delivered. Please review our Shipping & Returns policy for additional information.
Returns & Customer Care
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Return eligibility depends on the product and its condition.
Because Holistic Hoochie offers ingestible, intimate wellness, personal-care, and made-to-order products, certain items may not be eligible for return once shipped or opened for health, hygiene, and safety reasons.
Please review our Shipping & Returns policy for complete eligibility requirements before requesting a return or exchange.
Can made-to-order products be returned?
Because made-to-order products are prepared specifically in response to an individual request, they are generally considered final sale unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error on our part.
Any applicable terms will also be communicated before a made-to-order purchase is finalized.
